Why did you apply for MSC ALOT Staff?
From a family, to a home, to a safe space—this organization has given me more than I could’ve ever imagined. I want to pay forward the amazing experience I’ve had as a freshman and staff member in MSC ALOT!!
I have a passion for this organization, the people in it, the opportunities for growth it provides, and the programs it puts on. MSC ALOT has truly changed who I am, both as a leader and an individual, and my goal in applying for staff is to provide all members of ALOT – freshmen, staff, bigs – with all the resources and support they need to have the most amazing year possible!
MSC ALOT provided me an amazing family and a unique way to grow my leadership skills, and I’m excited to help provide an even greater experience for the Class of ’24.
The experience I got as a freshmen was amazing and impactful, and I genuinely felt like I was included, accepted, and valued by everyone. I joined staff to have the ability to give this class of freshmen the same experiences and feelings that I had.
My freshman year in MSC ALOT gave me so many opportunities to grow personally as well as professionally all while giving me a strong support system. This year I want to help facilitate those same opportunities for the Class of 2024 so they can make the most of their first year at A&M.
The MSC ALOT '23 staff are such an inspiration to me! They helped me grow as both a leader and a person, and I cannot wait to help the freshmen of TAMU '24 do the same!!
MSC ALOT has helped (and still continues to help) shape me into the person I am today. I joined staff to help give freshmen an even more amazing experience than I received through love, service, and community.
I love this FLO and the people in it with all my heart, & I have single handedly witnessed just how much someone can grow and flourish in MSC ALOT. I loved it so much I’ve been in it all four years of college 😉
I found my home and an amazing support group from ALOT last year and I want to be able to create that amazing community for the freshmen this year!!
I joined staff because I wanted to serve the freshman and help them grow into the leaders they set out to be.

I wanted to make sure freshmen had a great year like I did.
I joined to help the freshmen feel comfortable in their own skin and to feel like they belong.
There are some truly incredible people that go through MSC ALOT, and I wanted to help the freshmen grow and feel like they belong somewhere.
I joined MSC ALOT Staff because my experience as a freshman an TAMU was so positively influenced by this organization and I wanted the opportunity to serve the Class of '24 in the same way!
To give back all the support, love, and provide a family for those who need it.
I wanted to help freshmen because honestly the difficulty of freshmen year is overlooked. The transition from high school to college is a lot (lol) and I wanted to help as many fishies as I can because I know I definitely struggled.
I joined MSC ALOT staff so that I could help the freshmen grow as people, leaders, and hopefully help them find a home away from home.
I was looking to find to my group of people at TAMU. And update, I found them.
I joined MSC ALOT staff because I wanted to be able to help the freshman in their transition into college! And to make sure they have somewhere that they feel safe and welcomed!
I joined MSC ALOT as a staff member for the chance to give back to an organization that became my family at A&M. Additionally, I want to work with freshmen to help them build their own great community and experiences.
My freshmen year I really gained a lot of knowledge and strength in my skills through MSC ALOT. Not only that but I met some amazing mentors and friends and can only hope to give back all I learned and more.
I loved my freshman year in MSC ALOT and want to help facilitate a year that brings similar opportunities to TAMU 24!
